I'm going to be honest with you, I never intended to be a wedding filmmaker. Yep, you read that right. I graduated college a few years ago as a premed student with a degree in engineering and definitely thought I was going to medical school. So how in the world did I get here?

Long story short, I met a cute guy during school that asked me to marry him. Our wedding was a blast! Our photographer and videographer were super fun and intentional and made the day better than we ever anticipated! I told my husband on our honeymoon that I could see myself really enjoying doing something like that and creating wedding films on the side to help us get through med school, and he told me right then that I should go for it! He bought me a camera for Christmas that year, and I filmed my first wedding in 2020.

It's been over two years since this crazy journey started and I love it even more now than I did then! I have a passion for creating, problem solving, visiting new places, meeting new people and making new friends, learning their stories and finding the perfect way to tell them.

In short, being a wedding filmmaker fits my passions like nothing else!
